Strong Business Analyst experience in the Insurance domain. Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Business process modeling (L1/L2/L3), workflows, and business rules. Understanding of policy lifecycle, eligibility, fulfillment, and compliance processes. Experience with JIRA/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart. Agile/Scrum experience. Preferred: Experience with FAIR Plans and/or Grants Management programs.
