Business Development Associate BDA

Identify, research, and build high-quality target lists of international clients using LinkedIn, tech directories, and data tools. Initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers through structured cold emailing and smart outreach. Nurture raw leads into warm opportunities and schedule initial exploratory meetings for our technical teams. Maintain absolute data hygiene by tracking all communication and lead statuses inside our sales pipeline tools. Requirements include exceptional verbal and written English skills, resilience, target-driven mindset, research skills, and prior B2B sales or lead generation experience in the IT/Software industry is preferred but not mandatory.
