We empower students and professionals with the right skills and career guidance. Roles & Responsibilities Conduct online and offline student and parent counseling sessions. Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments. Participate in field visits, walk-ins, campus interactions, seminars, and events. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate lead and conversion data using CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding. Handle objections and ensure a positive customer experience. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in EdTech sales or business development. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Target-driven mindset with willingness to work in the field. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Excel. Willingness to work from Hyderabad office. Immediate joiners preferred.
