We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and be ready to drive new business growth through strategic sales efforts. Identify and target new business opportunities using research, networking, and cold calling. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Conduct in-person meetings with customers at scheduled times. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for performance tracking. Collaborate with team members and senior executives to deliver client-focused solutions. Attend conferences and use portals to develop new business opportunities. Meet revenue and client engagement objectives. Required Skills Self-motivated and target-driven with high energy levels. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong client relationship management abilities. Ability to influence decision-makers and close deals. Experience overseeing sales processes and attracting new clients.
