Key Responsibilities Identify and target new business opportunities through comprehensive market research, networking, and strategic cold calling. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals. Conduct in-person meetings with clients at scheduled times to build trust and understand their business needs. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by acting as a trusted advisor to key accounts and stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively identify new account opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal teams and senior executives to deliver tailored solutions that address client challenges. Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track progress and optimize strategies. Identify and manage risks in partnership with senior team members to ensure smooth sales operations. What We're Looking For Required: Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in B2B environments. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Own vehicle for client visits and travel within the assigned territory. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse clients. Preferred: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Knowledge of the local market in Ahmedabad and surrounding regions.
