Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (Also openings in Pune, Vadodara, Surat) Position: Business Development Executive (Field Sales) Job Type: Full-time Job Description: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Conduct in-person customer meetings at scheduled times using your own vehicle. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to develop new business. Learn and promote new service offerings to identify new account opportunities. Achieve targets on revenue, gross profit, and client meetings. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for tracking and analysis. Collaborate closely with team members and clients to deliver effective business solutions. Attend individual client meetings and work with senior team members to manage risks. Skills Required: Self-motivated and target-driven with high energy levels. Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
