Shwetha is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to drive company growth and build strong industry connections in a supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and proactive outreach. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and customize our solutions accordingly. Lead negotiations to close deals ensuring mutual satisfaction for clients and the company. Collaborate with marketing to design impactful campaigns and promotional materials. Prepare and present persuasive proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Utilize CRM software to track leads, document interactions, and manage the sales pipeline efficiently. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to overall company growth. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong sales expertise with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM and relevant sales software tools. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or related roles preferred. Industry certifications in sales or business development are advantageous. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service departments. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives and expanding our client base.
