Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to consistently drive sales growth and expand market share. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities within the Kochi region and beyond. Prepare and deliver compelling, data-driven sales presentations tailored to client needs, enhancing engagement and conversion rates. Negotiate contracts and agreements with a focus on mutual satisfaction, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and brand messaging. Track and analyze sales metrics regularly to optimize performance and maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Represent Portfolio Builders at networking events, conferences, and industry meetups to generate leads and strengthen the company’s market presence. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, demonstrating a foundation for business acumen. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. Proven track record in sales or customer service roles, showcasing ability to meet or exceed targets. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset. Preferred: Experience in the industry or related sectors is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
