Key Responsibilities Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships. Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement effective lead generation strategies. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to key stakeholders, highlighting value propositions. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics regularly to inform strategic decision-making and optimize results. Report progress and insights to the Sales Manager and work cross-functionally with product development teams. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 6 months proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities to close deals successfully. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite for efficient sales tracking and reporting. Preferred: Experience working within collaborative, cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client demands.
