Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and grow the customer base in Pune and surrounding regions. Engage effectively with potential clients to understand their business needs and present customized solutions that align with their goals. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape insights. Manage the sales pipeline meticulously, tracking key performance indicators to ensure steady progress toward sales objectives. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and internal stakeholders, enhancing deal closure rates. Negotiate contracts skillfully to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to synchronize business development initiatives with promotional campaigns and brand messaging. What We're Looking For Required: Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. 4-6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client management roles. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert prospects into loyal customers. Proficiency with presentation software and CRM/sales tools. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Preferred: Experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments. Knowledge of the Pune market and regional business practices. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations.
