Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer customized business solutions. Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and leads. Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement of goals. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize company profitability. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies with promotional campaigns. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. 4-6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or similar roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Strong ability to generate leads and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficiency with presentation software and sales tools. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. As a Business Development Executive at AJA Allied Services Private Limited, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional market services. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
