Business Support System Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Analyst to manage and maintain critical master data across enterprise systems (SAP and/or Oracle), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards. This role collaborates closely with IT and business stakeholders to support data management processes, reporting, system integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and maintain master data records (customers, vendors, products, materials, and other core business data) within SAP and/or Oracle systems.Ensure data quality and integrity through audits, validation, cleansing activities, and adherence to governance standards and policies.Partner with business teams, IT, and data stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and support business objectives.Generate reports, analyze data trends, and support operational and strategic decision-making using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize workflows, support system integrations, and contribute to cross-functional projects and user training initiatives.
