Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including tables and equipment. Assist with inventory management and restock supplies as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Provide tailored customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Familiarity with sales and billing processes. Ability to prepare various beverages with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork. Prior experience in a cafe or food service environment is a plus.
