Position: Call Center Agent (Hybrid) - Collections & Customer Service Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to update account information and resolve inquiries. Review account status thoroughly using available tools to identify the best solutions for customers. Negotiate payment terms and arrangements when applicable. Recommend appropriate solutions, products, or alternatives to address customer needs. Handle objections professionally and escalate complaints to the relevant team leads or departments as necessary. Follow up on customer issues until fully resolved. Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals. Qualifications & Requirements: Must reside within a 20-kilometer radius of our Heredia office (on-site requirement). Previous call center experience preferred but not mandatory. High school diploma preferred but not required. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work full-time in a hybrid role.
