Key Responsibilities Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to update and verify account information accurately. Review account status thoroughly using available tools to understand customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. Negotiate payment terms and arrangements effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. Follow up diligently on customer issues until fully resolved, maintaining high customer retention and satisfaction rates. Recommend suitable products, services, or alternative options to address customer needs and improve their experience. Overcome objections professionally, escalating complaints promptly to management or relevant departments for swift resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to support reporting and compliance requirements. Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. What We're Looking For Required: Reside within a 20-kilometer radius of the Heredia office to support hybrid work requirements. Successful completion of high school education or equivalent. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally. Basic computer proficiency and ability to use multiple software tools simultaneously. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment with growth potential. Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role. Familiarity with collections or financial services processes. Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills.
