Key Responsibilities Review customer account information thoroughly using available tools to identify the best solutions. Engage customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to update account details and resolve issues. Negotiate payment terms and arrangements professionally to support collections goals. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, ensuring full resolution and satisfaction. Recommend appropriate products, services, or alternative solutions tailored to customer needs. Overcome objections effectively, escalating complaints to management or relevant departments when necessary. Follow up diligently on unresolved issues until they are fully addressed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies. What We're Looking For Required: Residence within a 20-kilometer radius of the Heredia office to comply with on-site requirements. Successful completion of high school education or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle multiple communication channels including phone and email. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software tools quickly. Willingness to work full-time in a hybrid environment. Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role. Familiarity with collections processes and negotiation techniques. Fluency in English and Spanish to support diverse customer base. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
