Position: Call Center Agent (Hybrid - Collections & Customer Service)
Location: Heredia, Heredia Province, Costa Rica
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to update account information.
- Review account status thoroughly using available tools to understand customer inquiries and needs.
- Negotiate payment terms and arrangements when applicable.
- Recommend appropriate solutions, products, or alternatives to resolve customer issues.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and take necessary follow-up actions until resolution.
- Handle objections effectively and escalate complaints to the appropriate team leader or department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Location Requirement: Candidates must live within 20 kilometers of our Heredia office for on-site work.
- Experience: Previous call center experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Education: High school completion preferred but not required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work in a team environment.
