Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complaints to management or relevant departments. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals. Requirements: Must reside within 20 kilometers of the San José office for on-site roles. Previous call center experience preferred but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
