Position: Call Center Agent (Hybrid & Work from Office / Mixed Shift)
Location: Heredia, Heredia Province, Costa Rica
What You'll Do:
- Engage with customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to update account information.
- Negotiate payment terms or arrangements when applicable.
- Review account status and information thoroughly to understand customer inquiries and needs.
- Respond effectively to inquiries and determine the best solutions.
- Recommend suitable solutions, products, or alternatives to resolve customer issues.
- Overcome objections and escalate complaints promptly to the appropriate manager or department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- For on-site roles, candidates must live within a 20-kilometer radius of the Heredia office.
Experience & Education:
- Previous call center experience preferred but not required.
- Successful completion of high school or equivalent.
Compensation & Employment Details:
- Salary: $1000 per month
