Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing customer inquiries promptly and accurately. Accurately document all customer interactions in our case management system. Collaborate with different departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless service experience. Support the creation and improvement of FAQs and documentation to streamline customer inquiries. Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to call handling and customer satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused role is advantageous. As a valued member of our collaborative team, you will work closely with fellow agents and departments to ensure exceptional customer experiences. This position is not remote and requires presence in our Philadelphia office. Salary: $40,000 per year
