We have an exciting hybrid position available for a motivated and energetic individual to support healthcare providers with LA Medicaid billing and policy inquiries. Job Summary As a Provider Services Call Center Agent , you will handle high-volume inbound calls, assist healthcare professionals with billing requirements, policy questions, and other Medicaid-related issues. Your role includes researching complex inquiries, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of billing and policy changes, and accurately logging calls. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume inbound calls from Medicaid providers efficiently and professionally. Resolve 92% of calls within 3-5 minutes to meet quality and production standards. Provide timely and courteous assistance to the Provider community. Document call details accurately in the call tracking system. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals. Qualifications & Skills Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette. Ability to multitask and problem-solve independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple computer programs. Positive attitude and patience when handling inquiries.
