Join DevCare as a Call Center Customer Support Representative in Baton Rouge, Louisiana! We are currently hiring a Provider Services Call Center Agent to work in a hybrid setting in Baton Rouge, LA. This role involves assisting healthcare professionals with billing inquiries, policy questions, and other Medicaid-related support. Job Summary As a Call Center Representative, you will handle high-volume inbound calls from Medicaid providers, resolve inquiries efficiently, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing and policy changes. Strong communication skills, customer service excellence, and proficiency with Microsoft tools are essential. Key Responsibilities Answer and resolve 92% of provider calls within 3-5 minutes to meet contractual standards. Provide timely, professional assistance to healthcare providers regarding LA Medicaid billing and policies. Accurately document all calls in the call tracking system. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals. Qualifications Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and problem-solve independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating multiple computer systems.
