Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior to senior staff promptly. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any incidents or observations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans. Qualifications & Experience NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required. Minimum of 1 year experience in elderly care or a related care setting preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach.
