Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized care and assistance with daily living activities. Support personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and document health and well-being, reporting concerns promptly. Encourage participation in social and recreational activities. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans. Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for service users. Build trusting relationships through effective communication with service users and their families. Qualifications & Skills Required: Relevant Care Certificate. Essential skills: compassion, empathy, patience, communication, and teamwork. Preferred: Experience in care-related roles. Knowledge of basic health and safety regulations in care settings.
