Part-Time Support Worker – Lincoln, England

Ral Community Care Ltd is seeking a compassionate, part-time Support Worker in Lincoln, Lincolnshire (LN2 5AX). In this on-site role, you will help individuals with daily living and support their well-being, independence, and participation in the community. Pay is 12.21 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized support with everyday activities.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Observe and document service users’ health and well-being, reporting concerns to appropriate professionals.
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment.
• Communicate respectfully with service users and their families, building trusting relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

• A relevant Care Certificate is required.
• Compassion, empathy, patience, communication skills, and teamwork are essential.
• Previous experience in care is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with basic health and safety practices in care settings is expected.

Team and Work Environment

You will report to the care manager and work in a collaborative team with regular training and team meetings. Ral Community Care Ltd also works with healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations to support service users.
