We’re looking for compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Registered Nurses (RN) to fill urgent per diem shifts. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care by assisting with daily living activities and accurately monitoring vital signs to ensure patient well-being. Administer medications and treatments strictly following physician orders and facility protocols, maintaining patient safety and compliance. Maintain comprehensive and precise patient records to support continuity of care and facilitate effective communication among healthcare teams. Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding patient status, needs, and care plans. Participate actively in interdisciplinary meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies and improve outcomes. Respond promptly and efficiently to patient calls, prioritizing needs to enhance patient satisfaction and safety. Adhere rigorously to infection control and safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent for CNAs; valid California licensure for LPNs and RNs. Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience, preferably in acute care or LTC settings. Strong patient care skills with current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, managing emergencies with professionalism. Preferred: Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for RNs and LPNs. Experience working in fast-paced healthcare environments with diverse patient populations.
