Join Synco Staff X as a Certified Special Education Teacher in Boston, MA. We seek a passionate educator dedicated to supporting students with diverse learning needs in an inclusive, collaborative environment. This full-time role focuses on delivering personalized educational experiences that foster academic and social-emotional growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs. Conduct thorough assessments to identify student strengths and areas for improvement. Create engaging, differentiated lesson plans accommodating various learning styles and abilities. Apply effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to ensure consistent student support. Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed. Communicate regularly with families and guardians to strengthen home-school partnerships. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or a related field. Valid state certification as a Special Education Teacher. Strong skills in empathy, collaboration, assessment, and behavior management. Experience with educational software and digital learning tools. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a special education teaching role preferred.
