We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Management Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements. Ensure proper accounting of real estate projects, land purchases, construction expenses, and project-related transactions. Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow management. Taxation & Statutory Compliance Manage GST compliance, including GST applicable to real estate projects. Handle TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory filings. Ensure timely filing of all regulatory returns and compliance requirements. Liaise with tax consultants and government authorities as needed. Real Estate Project Accounting Monitor project-wise budgeting, costing, and profitability analysis. Track project expenditures and construction costs. Prepare MIS reports for management regarding project performance. Ensure proper accounting of customer advances, bookings, collections, and revenue recognition. Support land acquisition transactions, joint development agreements, and redevelopment projects. Audit & Financial Controls Coordinate internal and statutory audits. Implement and monitor financial controls and accounting policies. Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act provisions, and financial regulations. Strategic Financial Guidance Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and growth strategies. Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
