GTR is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision and strategy. This full-time role is based in the United States and offers a competitive salary of USD $350,000 per year . The CTO will drive innovation, oversee technology development, and ensure alignment with company goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a technology strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of software developers and technology professionals. Apply agile methodologies to optimize software development and project management. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate technology solutions supporting operations. Manage acquisition and deployment of new technologies to maintain competitive advantage. Track and measure technology performance and success metrics. Communicate technology initiatives and progress effectively with stakeholders. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven leadership skills with experience managing technology teams. Strong expertise in agile methodologies and software development. Experience evaluating and implementing new technology solutions.
