Join Airflow Experts as a Call Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative! We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to support our fast-growing home service company. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule HVAC, air duct, plumbing, chimney, and garage door services Communicate effectively with customers to close jobs over the phone Coordinate with field technicians for estimates, scheduling, and job details Assist in follow-ups for inactive and lost leads to boost conversions Maintain organized records and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Requirements: Experience working with U.S. home service companies (HVAC, plumbing, garage door, chimney, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills and initiative Confident phone communication and customer service skills Excellent coordination with field technicians Organized, reliable, and able to multitask Preferred Qualifications: Spanish-speaking candidates highly preferred Why Work With Us?
