About the role
ENG is a BIM company specializing in hands-on, field-focused Building Information Modeling services. Established in 2007, ENG describes itself as the largest and most experienced BIM production service provider in the United States, with a portfolio of over 5,000 completed projects and a team of more than 500 professionals.
In this role, you will create accurate BIM models for structural and civil projects, including concrete and steel infrastructure modeling at LOD300 to LOD400 and site fences. You will review project specifications and design information to support constructible, precise, high-quality models and meet client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop accurate structural and civil BIM models using Revit as the main tool, with Navisworks for coordination.
- Interpret and analyze structural drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructibility.
- Identify and resolve potential clashes during modeling and coordination with other disciplines.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver integrated BIM solutions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in structural and civil modeling within BIM projects.
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
- Experience with Navisworks and Civil 3D is noted in the listing; Civil 3D experience is a strong plus.
