Nelly is looking for a dedicated Cleaning Subcontractor to join our team in Brits, North West, South Africa. This contract role offers a competitive monthly pay of ZAR 20,000 . The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and a strong eye for detail to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across various environments. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently met. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently and safely. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards discovered during cleaning activities. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Maintain proper stock and organization of all cleaning supplies. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks. Participate in special cleaning projects as assigned by management. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma is mandatory. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Previous experience in cleaning or custodial roles is advantageous. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and materials. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. This position involves collaboration with other cleaning staff and subcontractors to ensure efficient task completion. Reporting is to a site supervisor or project manager overseeing cleaning operations. Cross-functional teamwork with maintenance and facilities management teams may be required to improve cleaning protocols and address operational needs.
