Client Services Associate

Garry Executive Search is proud to be partnering with a highly respected and independent wealth management firm seeking an experienced Client Service Associate in the west Chicago Metro to join their growing operations team. This individual will play a key role supporting the firm’s advisors and high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence across multiple custodians.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in client service or operations within wealth management; someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, understands the nuances of complex client cases, and takes pride in precision and professionalism.
What You’ll DoOversee client onboarding, transfers, and account maintenanceProcess transactions (journals, wires, checks, etc.) with accuracy and efficiencyServe as a liaison between advisors, clients, and custodians.Manage CRM updates, documentation, and service workflowsSupport internal process improvements and ensure compliance best practicesHandle a mix of client-facing and behind-the-scenes operational duties
What We’re Looking For2–10 years of experience in client service, operations, or a similar role within wealth management and/or financial servicesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in CRM systems, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office SuiteA team-oriented mindset with a commitment to long-term growth and excellence
