Client Services Operations Rep

Support commercial electricity customers by managing the lifecycle of their energy accounts and ensuring seamless customer experience.

Job Duties:
• Process electricity account enrollments, service changes, and/or contract amendments.
• Research and resolve customer account issues using SAP, CCS, Siebel, and other systems.
• Coordinate with customers, energy brokers, and internal teams regarding market transactions, permit holds, move-ins/move-outs, and service requests.
• Support commercial customers through company’s online account portal.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and provide timely issue resolution.
