Key Responsibilities Program CNC, VMC, HMC, and VTL machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications. Set up machines by calibrating tools and fixtures to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime. Operate machinery safely and efficiently, monitoring production processes to maintain quality and output targets. Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy and surface finish, adhering to strict quality control standards. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly. Maintain machine logs and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors.
