Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract diverse and top-tier candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with leadership to align hiring needs with business objectives. Use data-driven methods to evaluate and improve recruitment effectiveness. Build and maintain partnerships with external recruitment agencies and talent sources. Conduct training sessions to enhance hiring managers’ interviewing skills and recruitment efficiency. Track and report recruitment metrics to support strategic decision-making. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven recruitment experience, preferably in agency or high-growth environments. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus. Experience with data analysis and reporting preferred. This full-time role is based onsite in Bogota and reports directly to the HR Director.
