Key Responsibilities: E-filing in Texas state and federal courts using PACER/ECF systems Drafting and proofreading legal documents with precision Managing court calendars and critical deadlines to ensure timely filings Supporting attorneys with case coordination and litigation preparation Maintaining organized case files and legal records Handling multiple litigation matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience , preferably in commercial litigation Proficient with Texas state and federal court e-filing (PACER/ECF) Strong skills in Microsoft Office , communication, and organization Bachelor’s degree preferred We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and strong career growth opportunities.
