Role SummaryWe are looking for a commercial professional with proven experience leading sales teams and developing new business within B2B service companies.The candidate must have a strong business-development mindset: proactive in prospecting, opening new accounts, engaging decision-makers, and persistently following opportunities through to closure.
Main ResponsibilitiesManage, mentor, and oversee the daily operations and performance of the sales teamsDrive full-cycle B2B business development, from proactive prospecting and executive engagement to contract negotiation and deal closureIdentify and capture new commercial opportunitiesManage sales budgets, pipeline health, and forecasting to consistently achieve volume, revenue, profitability, and acquisition targetsAnalyze sales performance data to build and present executive reports based on KPIs, numbers, and market trendsMaintain pipeline tracking, database accuracy, and deal workflows using CRM software
Qualifications and Skills3+ years leading sales or customer service teamsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Law, or a related fieldA master’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or a related field is desirableAdvanced EnglishStrong track record in end-to-end business development, from prospecting to closingHands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
