Confirmations Representative (Hospitality & Vacation Services)Location: Condado Del Rey, Panama City | Onsite
Our client in the hospitality and vacation ownership industry is seeking customer-focused and confident Confirmations Representatives to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers over the phone, providing excellent service, and supporting the sales process by confirming holiday package reservations and scheduled property tours.
Responsibilities:
o Contact customers via telephone to confirm holiday package reservations and scheduled sales presentationso Explain package details, tour requirements, and eligibility criteria clearly and professionallyo Answer customer questions regarding accommodation, facilities, promotions, and available serviceso Address customer concerns and overcome objections while maintaining positive and professional approacho Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services where appropriateo Accurately capture and update customer information across multiple systemso Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries and ensure a seamless customer experienceo Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and productivity standards
Qualifications and Experience:
o High School Diploma or equivalent preferredo Previous customer service, contact centre, reservations, hospitality, or sales experience advantageouso Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)o Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skillso Comfortable handling objections and delivering a high standard of customer serviceo Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneouslyo Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracyo Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business requirements
