Position OverviewThe company is seeking a Project Manager to support and lead commercial construction projects throughout the Des Moines metro area.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, collaborating with field teams, and taking ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial construction projects while maintaining strong communication with owners, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutLead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination effortsOversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnelMonitor project budgets, schedules, and overall performanceSupport buyout and subcontractor procurement activitiesConduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholdersIdentify and resolve project challenges proactivelyEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetBuild and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements3+ years of commercial construction experience with a General ContractorExperience managing commercial construction projects from start to finishStrong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administrationExperience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational and leadership abilitiesExperience with Procore, Microsoft Office, or similar construction management softwareSelf-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
