Construction Project Manager

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER / CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER BOUND FOR MALDIVES

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferrred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience managing ongoing projects in the construction and high-end resort construction
- Experience of handling multi-disciplinary teams and complex schedules.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in project monitoring tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen and contract management knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving project needs.
