POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated Construction Sales Leader based in Honolulu, Hawaii, to drive new business development, manage client consultations, coordinate proposals, and close high-value construction contracts. This role requires close collaboration with estimating and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach Conduct detailed client consultations to understand and define project goals Collaborate with estimating and design teams to develop accurate scopes of work Prepare and present competitive residential and commercial construction proposals Lead contract negotiations on pricing, timelines, and terms Close construction contracts and coordinate smooth handoff to operations Maintain and update leads, proposals, and follow-ups in the company CRM system Attend client meetings and industry networking events as required Support collections efforts at contract milestones and project completion Compensation & Benefits This is a commission-based sales leadership role with uncapped earning potential . Compensation is directly tied to closed projects and collected payments, with tiered commission rates: Residential & Commercial Projects: Up to $250,000 - Up to 5% commission $250,000 – $1,000,000 - Up to 6% commission $1,000,000+ - Up to 7% commission State & Federal Projects: Below $10,000,000 - Up to 1.5% commission $10,000,000+ - Up to 2.0% commission Performance milestone bonuses are also available. Actual earnings vary based on sales volume and project size.
