ABOUT US United Construction Group (UCG) is a veteran-owned design-build general contractor delivering residential, commercial, and institutional construction projects across Oahu, surrounding Hawaiian islands, and expanding Texas markets. Our company grows through strong client relationships and disciplined sales leadership, and we are seeking a Construction Sales Leader to support continued demand. This role centers on consultative selling, proposal coordination, and closing high-value construction agreements while partnering internally with estimating and project teams. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop new business through networking, referrals, and outreach Conduct structured client consultations to define project objectives Coordinate scopes of work with estimating and design staff Prepare and present residential and commercial proposals Lead negotiations on pricing, schedule, and contract terms Close construction contracts and facilitate handoff to operations Track leads, proposals, and follow-ups using the company CRM Attend client meetings and industry networking events as needed Support collections at contract milestones and project closeout COMPENSATION This is a commission-based Sales Leader position with uncapped earning potential. Earnings are tied to closed projects and collected funds. Residential & Commercial Up to $250,000 - Up to 5% commission $250,000 – $1,000,000 - Up to 6% commission $1,000,000+ - Up to 7% commission State & Federal Projects Below $10,000,000 - Up to 1.5% commission $10,000,000+ - Up to 2.0% commission Performance milestone bonuses available.
