Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track prospects, follow-ups, and outcomes. Collaborate with team members to share market insights and customer feedback. Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, successes, and challenges. Accurately record and report sales activities and performance metrics. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, Customer Service, and Time Management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well within a team. Excellent Problem Solving skills to address customer issues effectively. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus. Report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to maximize sales performance.
