Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads to convert prospects into loyal customers. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Use persuasive communication skills to negotiate terms and close sales effectively. Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track prospects, follow-ups, and outcomes for timely responses. Collaborate with team members to share market insights and customer feedback. Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, share successes, and resolve challenges. Accurately record and report sales activities and metrics to monitor performance against targets. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, Customer Service, and Time Management. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team. Excellent Problem Solving skills to address customer issues efficiently. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus. Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to promote synergy and shared success. Report directly to the Sales Manager for guidance and support. Compensation: $60,000 per year, full-time position based in Redding, CA.
