Key Responsibilities Manage daily site operations to ensure smooth progress across all projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for efficient project execution. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on site. Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management. Conduct site inspections and resolve issues or conflicts during construction. Lead and motivate construction teams, fostering collaboration and productivity. Prepare detailed reports and documentation on project progress and performance metrics. Additionally, you may participate in special projects focused on process improvement and innovation within the construction sector, contributing your expertise to advance company operations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven leadership skills with at least 5 years of experience managing construction sites. Familiarity with construction management software and tools. Strong knowledge of industry safety practices and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
