Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and communication among stakeholders. Monitor project progress and performance against set goals and timelines. Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and compliance with safety standards. Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate regular team meetings to maintain alignment among project teams. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of proven project management experience in construction. Familiarity with project management software and tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification highly preferred.
