Key Responsibilities Execute construction tasks according to blueprints and specifications. Perform physical labor such as lifting heavy materials, digging trenches, and operating equipment. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress and issues. Follow safety standards and practices to ensure a safe work environment. Assist with site preparation and clean-up after project completion. Participate in team meetings to discuss project status and deadlines. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork. Prior construction experience preferred but not required. OSHA or other construction safety certifications are a plus. Physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks. As a valued member of Dora's construction team, you will report directly to the Site Supervisor and work closely with skilled laborers and tradespeople.
