Key Responsibilities Analyze blueprints and project documentation to fully understand project requirements and specifications. Perform diverse construction tasks including demolition, building, and maintenance on-site. Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently to support project goals. Collaborate closely with team members to meet deadlines and uphold high-quality standards. Identify and troubleshoot issues during construction, applying strong problem-solving skills. Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow and project success. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Previous construction experience preferred but not mandatory. Physically capable of performing demanding tasks and working in various weather conditions.
