Key Responsibilities Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of construction plans. Assist project managers in monitoring timelines and budgets to keep projects on track and within scope. Collaborate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project milestones. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite by strictly following OSHA safety regulations and company protocols. Perform physical labor tasks such as lifting materials, digging trenches, and operating construction machinery safely and efficiently. Participate in daily team meetings to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions. Report construction progress regularly, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
