Participate in team meetings to discuss project goals and foster teamwork. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience reading blueprints and basic project management skills essential. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment preferred.
