Key Responsibilities Interpret and work from blueprints and construction plans to execute tasks accurately. Perform a variety of construction-related tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion. Adhere to all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others. Assist in the installation of structural components and systems as required. Conduct routine maintenance checks on tools and equipment to ensure serviceability. Report project progress and any issues to the supervisor promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Proven skills in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Strong teamwork abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse groups. Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in a construction environment. Prior experience in a construction role is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA Safety Certification) are a plus.
