Contract Specialist

Position – Contracts SpecialistLocation – Heredia, Costa RicaWork model – Hybrid (50% on site)Job type – Full time
Job Responsibilities:Manage contract workflow processes.Generate and prepare agreements from drafting through signature.Work closely with Project Managers.Coordinate with the Legal Department.Review and manage contract-related documents.
Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in Contract Administration.Fluent English communication skills (all contracts are in English).Experience with subcontracting agreements and schedules.Experience working with Sales Representatives.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently.Experience using Salesforce and/or Apttus.High level of accuracy and consistency.
Team Overview:Team supports multiple Professional Services programs.Approximately 4 employees on the team.Responsible for Schedule A / Subcontracting Agreements.Managing 2,000+ agreements.Extension possibility depends on budget approval.
Work Schedule:40 hours per week.Flexible start and end times.No overtime expected.Hybrid work model: 50% onsite & 50% remote
