Contractor Recruitment Dispatch Coordinator

Full Time | Remote | $4/hr USD (approx. $693/month)
Night shift: 10PM - 6AM PH time (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM US Central)
Responsibilities include recruiting providers, screening, verifying documents and licenses, getting written agreements, matching providers to jobs, publishing recruitment posts, replying to applicants, verifying insurance certificates, trade licenses, portfolios, W-9 status, explaining commercial terms, working Jobber jobs, logging contacts and status.
Requirements include excellent English, experience with Bark, Jobber or similar, background in recruitment coordination, dispatch, field service or vendor management, proactive attitude, record keeping, stable internet, backup connection, quiet workspace.
Preferred experience in cleaning, handyman, home services, US contractor onboarding, property management or US real estate.
