About the role
Migroup provides security and medical solutions in South Africa. This role involves monitoring and controlling the safety and security of clients and their assets, and supporting timely and effective responses to security incidents and alarms.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the safety and security of clients and their assets.
- Support timely and effective responses to security incidents and alarms.
Requirements
- Minimum of Matric or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a control room or surveillance operations in the security industry.
- Compulsory PSIRA Certification.
- Proficiency in security systems and software, including CCTV monitoring, alarm systems, and access control systems. Experience with Listner is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of integrity and ethics.
- Willingness to work shifts.
