ABOUT THE ROLE
The Corporate Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the sales team by assisting with client communications, preparing documents, processing orders, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the Corporate Sales team in managing client inquiries and follow-ups.
• Prepare and send quotations, sales documents and presentations.
• Process and track orders from confirmation to delivery.
• Maintain and update client records and databases.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare regular sales reports and summaries to provide general administrative support.
• Support the sales team.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role (1–2 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Tertiary education or equivalent is an asset
