Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting and assisting customers at the sales counter. Guide customers in selecting tamales and atole, offering knowledgeable recommendations and answering questions. Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring register balances at shift end. Maintain cleanliness and order in the sales area, restock supplies, and arrange attractive product displays. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure product freshness and availability throughout the day. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to support smooth sales operations. Participate in local marketing efforts to promote our traditional offerings and attract new customers. Required and Preferred Qualifications Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations. Familiarity with basic point-of-sale systems and handheld devices. No formal education required; passion for food and customer service is essential.
