About the role
International Justice Mission seeks a Country Director Honduras to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for its mission of protecting vulnerable populations from violence through justice system transformation, partnership development, and organizational excellence.
The role develops country strategies, builds high-impact relationships, and supports operational, financial, and cultural alignment with global goals while fostering a resilient, high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute a country strategy aligned with the global vision and local justice and citizen security systems to protect vulnerable communities.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster professional excellence, spiritual formation, resilience, staff engagement, and performance.
- Build strategic partnerships with government, civil society, donors, and corporate stakeholders to support systemic change and sustainable resources.
- Develop scalable models for justice system strengthening and survivor care that respond to local contexts and can be replicated across regions.
- Showcase impact through data-driven storytelling, public representation, and collaboration with global teams.
