Job DescriptionCraft and execute a country strategy that translates IJM’s global vision into measurable impact, aligning with local justice and citizen security systems to protect vulnerable communities. Develop and lead multidisciplinary teams by fostering a culture of professional excellence, spiritual formation, and resilience, ensuring high staff engagement aocnd performance. Build and advocate strategic partnerships with government, civil society, donors, and corporate stakeholders to catalyze systemic change and secure sustainable resources. Innovate and position scalable models of justice system strengthening and survivor care that are replicable across regions and responsive to local contexts. Showcase impact and provide insight through data-driven storytelling, public representation, and collaboration with global teams to elevate IJM’s brand and influence.
